A computer hardware Company was looking to acquire new customers but had no access to the end customer, as their products were sold through a reseller channel. They needed to identify a way to push their product above others in that channel.
The ‘Greenfields program’ was created to reward new business leads and the sales of select products to these new reseller customers. This program was multi-tiered and incorporated minimum achievement levels for merchandise rewards, and for high achievers, an aspirational travel experience.
