Leading copier and paper company required a compelling sales incentive to engage and capture the attention of their sales force and drive them to exceed their personal sales targets.

Solution

We worked with the client to develop an experience for their top sales achievers to fall in the category of “money can’t buy”. Sales achievers for the client were already well traveled and hence the solution offered, focused on an experience with the WOW factor rather than just a destination. This involved a travel experience to South Africa, with shark diving in Capetown, fine dining at the Castle of Good Hope and an exclusive safari experience in the Kruger National Park. In just 6 short days the client was able to experience the wonders of the south coast of Africa through to the “Big 5” on Safari.

Outcomes

“Over the past 8 years our objectives of changing staff behaviour and increasing sales have been met with the development and execution of a travel incentive. Each program has been an outstanding success as measured by a survey conducted with guests post each program. Every year our staff rate it higher than before.
