Problem

A mobile entertainment Company wanted to increase sales while building loyalty with their reseller channel partners. Resellers were part of large multi-brand retail chains and the Company wanted their brand to be front of mind. The Company also was determined to meet timely reward delivery objectives.

Solution

Put simply, the more products the resellers sold for the Company, the more dollars the reseller had to enjoy! Reseller staff earned points for each sale of eligible products and at the conclusion of each month points were converted to dollars on a fully branded Visa prepaid card. The communications of the program and reward delivery were efficiently managed by EMC.

Result

Timely and efficient reward delivery created fantastic perceived value to the Company’s resellers. Program feedback was overwhelmingly positive with comments such as “I have participated in hundreds of programs like this and this is the best rewards program I have ever participated in!” The Company experienced outstanding sales growth for the program duration.
